For nearly 30 years, Kathleen Sarpy has enjoyed a diverse career in public relations and marketing, working with many of the world’s most recognizable brands and corporations, and serving as a driving force behind emerging start-ups and charities. With unrivaled energy, ideas and enthusiasm, Kathleen expertly connects people, events and trends to generate meaningful and lasting impact. A former senior executive at the leading global PR firm, Kathleen left her “big agency” life behind in 2001 to found Agency H5, a Chicago-based, award-winning public relations and communications firm that serves large CPG, real estate, non-profit and hospitality clients nationwide. Kathleen is best known for championing kindness in the workplace, mentorship of working mothers and the navigating two decades of ever-changing demands of entrepreneurship. Kathleen earned a Bachelor of Arts from Purdue University and later founded the Purdue Women’s Network to inspire, engage and connect more than 200,000 alumnae globally. With a heart for giving back to her city and community, she remains active within the Economic Club of Chicago and several Chicago-based non-profits. She resides in Wheaton, Ill., with her husband Chris juggling work, bi-coastal children, and a lazy bulldog named Hope.
Chris Sarpy has more than 25 years of sales strategy experience working with both large corporations and start-ups within the medical technology and pharmaceutical industries. With a well-established track record in leading and developing sales teams, forging strategic partnerships, and implementing cutting edge medical technology in new markets, Chris brings deep experience to every client project. With a mind for keen observations and results-driven sales marketing campaigns, Chris has built longstanding relationships with large medical institutions and healthcare companies, leading physicians and experts in a variety of fields. His specialization in healthcare sales offers a wealth of knowledge regarding the inner workings of enterprise software/SaaS programs, as well as a thorough understanding of the complicated dynamics of medical groups, academic hospital systems, community health care and government facilities across multiple subspecialties. Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemical Sciences from Louisiana State University with a double minor in Chemistry and
Biology. He resides in Wheaton, Ill., with his wife Kathleen and a busy household of six kids and enjoys biking, traveling and a good card game of Hollywood Gin.
